EMBOSS-4.1.0 の MacPorts Portfile をつくってみた

emboss 3.0.0 は MacPorts にあるけど、なぜかソースがダウンロードできないので，つい emboss 4.1.0 の Portfile を作った．（中略）．emboss 3.0.0 用のPortfileを参考にしている．versionとmaster_sitesとchecksumsを変更しただけとも言う．emboss 3.0.0 がダウンロードできなかった理由は master_sites が不適切だったからだと思う．

ただし、\ がYENマークに見える場合は、それをバックスラッシュに変換する必要がある。

Portfile という名前で保存して，

% sudo port checksum
% sudo port build
% sudo port install
